According to Wikipedia, A portrait is a painting, photograph, sculpture, or other artistic representation of a person, in which the face and its expression is predominant. The intent is to display the likeness, personality, and even the mood of the person.

In my summary, portraiture is a session with the intention to stage to capture the personality/story.

The common portraiture session are pre/post wedding, family and baby portraiture session. Before the session, I love sitting down with all of you to understand your personalities and what sort of story you wish to be documented. In my portraiture service, it does not limit just in photography/still pictures, but I also offer portrait films in motion pictures or the combination of still + motion pictures.
